The B-H were upper, they weren’t painful just uncomfortable. The real contractions were like period like cramps but depending on how far dilated you are they were debilitating cramps
When I dilated mine were down low and nothing like cramps lol they were so intense I just felt non stop urge to push her out that was my last day of 32 weeks the night of my baby shower lol

I didn’t even feel the stomach tightening because the period cramps and back pains over shadowed the stomach tightening BY FAR
