@erincharliebubba @vixster I'm ok thanks ladies they were every 15-20 mins but have eased off again. Seems to happen when I do to much. Think this mumma needs to take it easy for the last couple of weeks. Xxx

@erincharliebubba yeah I definitely should drink more water. You know when you're just feeling really crappy and can't even been bothered to go get yourself a drink 🤷‍♀️ that's my sentiment atm lol. I've got a bottle of water though so I'm set for the moment xxx

@pearce5443, I know the one hun ! Oh that’s good you got a bottle I find I drink more if I have a bottle other than up n down getting a glass ! I do munch ice all day aswell and night lol xxx
