If you already struggle to not be stressed with your own kids I'd probably not add another. Especially with your friend being unreliable.

And if I dont what do I say I dont want to be mean... the kid is like a son to me I was there when he was born but.... its stressful

Is it an emergency and she can’t find someone else? If so I’d try to help my friend out. If not, let her know you can’t.

Be honest, tell her your stressed with your own and can’t manage another.

@laniejay idk I use to watch him well she was working another job which was 10pm to 7am which was fine and then she changed jobs and started having her neighbor watch him

I probably wouldn't if I thought it was going to be so stressful. Especially if she has other options. Special needs, unreliable mom, no pay, kids of my own, overnight... I'd pass.
