I’m 4 1/2 dialated , with very painful contractions but they sent me Home .. I can’t stand them…

Standing in a hot shower or bath helped me get through my contractions. By the time i went in i was 8 cm dilated. Gotta say the hot water helped.

Like the above comment says, try taking a hot shower it'll help with the pain and breathe through your contractions ! It'll really help girl

It wount be much longer

This sounds weird but grunting through contractions helped me a lot when breathing wasn't helping anymore!! Long deep grunts!

@nessaness my mom said something didn't make sense to why they sent u home they should have not I had my daughter I was at a 4 and they admitted me to the hospital hmmm something doesn't seem right ???
