Hello everyone I had a question to ask it’s being two days since I miss my period I had a severe back pain I went to the emergency room they do urine and blood test for me it’s come positive but when they do the ultrasound the don’t see nothing inside is it I’m too early or something else they told me to come back in 48 hours to do an other ultrasound please give me an answer please

It says your 40 weeks pregnant? If they haven’t seen anything on an US and you just got pregnant that’s normal at 4-5 weeks they usually can’t detect anything on a sonogram. They will likely have you come back and see once your a bit farther along 🙂

I would assume it's too early at this point for sure. It's only been two days since you missed your period... May be another 3-4 weeks before you even see a sac
