My boyfriends baby mom took him to court made it sound like he was a horrible father spent all this money for full custody,got her way and the judge said he wasnt aloud to see her unless his visits were supervised... and the only reason that happened is because he posted stupid stuff on facebook a year ago that had to do with weed... then she turns around the next day and drops the baby off for a week with us ao she can go on vacation... and now she wants to drop her off tomorro for a couple days to.go to florida... like we dont mind having her but its tge fact she made him look horrible and dangerous in court and then drops her off.for a week.to go on vacation... and he contacted the custody lady about it and the lady asked why he was complaining when he gets to spend more time with the baby

Document everything! Get it in text or email if you can! Then he needs to take her back to court. Also if you can make sure you have the custody lady saying that, that will be good to have too!

@angelfoodcake like she payed good money for a lawyer and there is this other lady that came and talked to us a couple months ago, and she talks to his bm as well and i really feel like she hired that lady too just to come and find shit out about us, because this lady is rediculous, the first time he talked to her over the phone she said u better be getting an attormey and that his bm has more rights than him. Which he should have gotten a lawyer he really should have, but i told him the best way to do things is to get a lawer,keep paying child support, spend all the time he can with the baby, do what hes supposed to do, and if he wants more rights and visiting with her then we will go back to court. But we need to get things together better.

This is really hard to do alot of times but he should really only communicate with the babys mom through text so he has copies of what is said. Which also means if she tries to mess with him or piss him off he has to hold back and just kill her with kindness. Yes, definitely get a lawyer. But take screenshots and print out all communication.

@mammabeartobeee that's home visit was probably CPS or a guardian atlitem ( however you spell it ) lol assigned to the case they are court appointed in children cases ( minors specifically)

@jessig2006 he doesnt talk to her at all she calls his grandma, and hia grandma gets times of when shes bringing the baby and him and her dont communicate at all,because she has a restraining order against him cuz, she came to get the baby one day back in february and she came in the house yelling and cussing him out she got physical with him and hit him he shoved her back and told everyone he hit her... so they dont communicate what so ever, another reason would be because before all this happened, she would send him pics of the baby evseyday, and trying to talk to him and was being way to friendly and he was intertaining her saying he was sorry they broke up and blah blah blah and there were deleted messages as well. So i told him if he kept talking to her on facebook or anything i was done with him. So i made it clear to him that the only contact they needed to be having was time and place to pick up of drop off the baby or if the baby had somthing going om that he needed to know About and they have had zero contact still

Oh wow I'm sorry that sucks! But wow oh wow does this chick sound off. I can't stand when I hear stories like this 💔 but she is involving additional people which if you have to go back to court could also be helpful because she is doing basically everything she can go right up to the limits of the restraining order and she's definitely violating her own custody agreement.

Like i hate her fr... because of her pettyness and bullshit. I would never.. like if him and i ever broke up i would never be the kind of women to use my kid to get to him... like i would not drive myself crazy trying to make him look bad or trying to prove somthing or get money.. i dont get it. Like worry about raising your child and dont put your baby through stress like i said because your pissed or wanna prove somthing. Like she got sooo mad and jealous when he got with me

@jessig2006 yea she is and months ago they were told in cpurt that they each had to find a family member to meet up to exchange the baby, he had his grandma meet up with her brother. But that worked 1 time... then she started bringing the baby to the house.. which means she was violating what the judge ordered. And it just seems like everyone is on her side as well even his grandma is on her side because shes so afraid that she will keep the baby from over here if she doesnt take her side and help her out.. and his mom still talks to her like its her own daughter.. its very stressful for me and hurts my feelings. They treat her more like family fhan me

Document and have anything to show to the court. It will help your case if she trashed him at the last court, and now is ok with leaving the kids in your care while on vacation.
