@ysalais, Both my oldest Draidon and Memphis were born early 34 and 36 weeks. Labour’s were fast, and because my labour’s were short no epidural. They offered gas but I got very claustrophobic with the mask. I loved my experience with their deliveries although my husband didn’t make it to the hospital in time for our oldest, but my mom was there. With our little guy who has special needs he was just too big, and due to some complications and a corrective surgery that was required after our csection I don’t qualify for a VBAC this time around. I’m glad I’ve gotten to experience both though ❤️
I have had 2 prior c-sections. And my current doctor said I could try a VBAC with this next one. My mom thinks I should try it. But my husband thinks I should just have another c-section since he will be gone and Incase something goes wrong. Opinions?
@kbh18, Hmmmm that’s a tough one. My husband sounds just like yours. He wants c section to avoid any emergency’s,but it’s like I was telling him. For the recovery it’s really tough for me and the fact that he works I’ll be doing it alone. That’s why I kind of put my foot down and convinced myself that a vbac would be best.
@mommyof2preciousboys1216, he will be out of the country when I’m due. And we live in a new state where we don’t have family or close friends. So he doesn’t want me going into labor in the middle of the night with no one to watch our two kids and if there are any complications of any sort. As opposed to having a scheduled c-section where a family member can fly in to watch my kids. I have wanted to experience a vaginal birth. But I think he may have a point. I’m just very back and forth.

I wish we could do a VBAC 😭 I’m glad we got to experience natural with our older two though ❤️

@beakymcspence, That’s crazy! My doctor said he would induce me at 39 weeks so that’s a bit nerve wrecking for me!

Yeah if I were you @kbh18 I'd do the vbac instead of C-section since your husband works
