Why no epidural?

I was hoping for no epidural either but I chickened our 😂

They’re so great tho! I was able to sleep through contractions and didn’t feel drugged or anything. Just took the pain away!

I had mine naturally it is hard the hardest thing youll do in your life. But think about the end and that youll have your baby on your chest. Its all worth it. Youll get the ring of fire

My birth plan was not to get one and I couldn't get one anyways because they couldn't figure out how dilated I was turns out I was already close to 10 at that point baby was born less than 4 hours later all natural and I honestly felt like the pain made me a stronger person like I wanted the pain I got lucky 😊😊

If you end up changing your mind about the epidural, you will probably be in so much pain, you won’t think much about your fear. The epidural was no big deal for me, I even looked at it before (I don’t recommend this), my husband stood in front of me and I held on to him, and him onto me to make sure I didn’t move. They apply a local anesthetic first. The part I warn people about is that you can have back pain after. My tube was twisted and I had back pain for the first year or so, it was still worth it to me, but I warned my friend who is very active, as no one warned me!
