I have only encountered one really odd rash with my son that welted!! I sat him in like luke-warm water rinsing off his skin to help with irritation and gave him infant benadryl and it went away within a few hours! if nothing works and it's not getting better I'd take her in!

@lovelymomma.000, at first I thought it was hives. But I’m not sure if that causes swollen lymph nodes. I called the nurse line to see if I should take her in. Nothing I saw online looks like this except scarlet fever, but she doesn’t have any other symptoms

Is there any change in her behavior? I would give her a bath and put some lotion on it and watch it. Of course make sure it’s super sensitive non scented stuff. If you see it getting worse today take her in tomorrow. My daughter would get rashes on her face/neck all the time for no reason.

@kaylaxxxxx, she’s crankier than normal. She has been for a few days. I stripped her down and watching it.

@dcjc_x2, I’d give her infant Benadryl then how the first mom commented if she’s cranky. It’s probably irritating her.

@vvrobinson, I called children’s mercy nurse line. They said it sounds like allergic reaction to give Benadryl and a bath. I did and it’s calmed down some. So I’m watching it.
