NFP and FAM ladies

I track via a few different apps (ovi, oviview, ela, and glow. I keep track of my period monthly, that's getting lighter. I was pregnant around new years, this weekend would be my due date, but I had an ectopic and my tube burst. Had to have emergency surgery to remove baby and tube. 😔 here I am, 9 months alter still trying. Before it was within 2 months, boom! Got pregnant. Hasn't been this way now.

I started opk's again in March. August I didn't bother to track ovulation as my husband was over seas.

Bringing us to now, September. I can't make sense of these charts. I'll assume because no didn't log in August but I still kept track of my CM and logged the days I assumed fertile based on EWCM. As that and my opks always matched up for the last 5 years.

Can anyone make sense of these charts?
