How many weeks were you when you went to go register at the hospital ? 🤔

OB gave me the form at 20wks but I didn't send it in until about 28

My ob said no later than 28 weeks

@_mommyoftres, who knows though! Your doctor may be different! It was a super quick process when I went. I wasn’t expecting it to be but I was probably there for 2 minutes! Lol

@michaelar0506, yeah It was quick for me as well . But since my two pregnancies i have gave birth @36 weeks . & they were c section . & have to schedule me for one . 😩

I think my first I did 30 weeks, but I had special appointments at the hospital. This time I’m not high risk, so don’t plan on going that way. You can register anytime in person, but online they only let you at 37 weeks (my hospital, not a general rule). I think I’ll go when I start maternity leave or do it online at 37 weeks

My dr hasn’t even mentioned this to me yet, last time she told me to start thinking about doing it but I can’t remember how far along I was. My hospital let’s you do it online, and it just says you should do it atleast 2 weeks before your due date. I have an appt Monday so I think I’ll ask anyways. Thanks for the reminder 😅

I was given the form and told to register ASAP at my 11 week appointment just Incase I need to go to L&D early for some reason but I didn’t actually send the form in until I was like 20 weeks

They gave me the form at 20 weeks. I registered at 28 weeks I think.

I’m curious about this and as to why you do this?

Here we don’t. We just show up when it’s baby time.

My doctor's office does this for me I found out at my 26 week appointment :)
