i’m so upset honestly . IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK PLEASE LET OTHER PARENTS KNOW BEFORE THEY INTERACT WITH THEIR KIDS . my cousins girlfriend let her son around my daughter for him to see and touch her when they came to visit me but i did not know he was sick still he sneezed on her and she wants to tell me after that he’s sick like really ? . Now my daughter is showing symptoms of a cold .

@scruffy.nerf.herder, this happened on monday and last night she started showing me symptoms of a cold and today in the morning her nose was stuffed up . i have to wait till later to take her to the pediatrician.

@scruffy.nerf.herder, i thought he just had allergies but she later told me he was actually sick with a cold , he got my sister sick and my niece also , but my daughter is so young idk why it didn’t come to her mind to tell me he was sick before all of that happened.
Just because a child sneezes or sounds stuffy doesn’t necessarily mean the child has a cold. It can be allergies.
That said, in this case, it sounds like the mom knew it wasn’t allergies, but a cold. You are definitely right; she should have let you know, especially since your baby is still so young.
@_ivyjayde, i couldn’t tell he was sick he seemed fine and literally he sneezed on her which got me pretty mad then her telling afterwards “ oh yeah he’s sick “ for me furious like are you serious and you still let him interact with her ? i love kids and everything and even if they want to see a new baby and touch them if my kid is sick i’ll at all costs will have my baby be a little distanced so others won’t get sick .

ugh that drives me crazy, when I first had my youngest my MIL kept bringing my niece around & She stayed with a cough, runny nose, and congestion, then my baby got sick from her at like 2 months old I was pissed.
@tosha6, it annoyed me so much . like if you know your toddler is sick , why do you let him interact with a 1month old who can get sick easily ?
