They didn't give you a time frame? I was allowed to eat for mine.. you should be fine just don't eat sweets past midnight I would say

I wouldn't. My OB said the food you eat the previous day can still impact your score. She suggested I eat healthy carbs and meat only so candy or desserts didn't throw my results.

Mine said to say away from sugar the day before and no eating after midnight just can have water but it always seems like every ob gives different rules 🤷‍♀️

I had 2 pieces of cake the night before my test and I still passed. My drs have never told me to fast. They just told me not to have a sugary breakfast. I usually just eat eggs and turkey sausages and drink plenty of water. I’ve always passed mine 👍🏼
