Do contractions literally come from nowhere ? 😂... are there any signs your going to get one ? 🤔

Mine started once my waters had broke 🙂 xx

I still don't know this myself 🤣 I was induced so all false labour and stuff never went natural 😂

I was woken up with contractions, felt the need to go to the toilet and then had my bloody show. Do not wait for your waters to go, mine didn't go until I was 9cm and he came 20 minutes later. Some womens do not go! X

@em93bbourn, they don’t always break before contractions though xx

apparently 9/10 women have contractions before their waters break, that’s what I was told by my health visitor the other day xx

@em93bbourn haha also my waters didn't go they had to break them at hospital and I was 4cm by the time they did xx

My waters didnt go with either of my boys, my second born they went off in the birthing pool it was like a bomb had gone off in the water🙈😂 then after 5 pushes he was born. X

@em93bbourn my BH went stronger so I started timing them. I couldn't stay still or comfortable anymore and that's when I knew they were the real thing. I got to the hosp 12 hours after they started and I was 6cm. They broke my waters when I was probably 8/9cm and then they were more intense! I'm more worried this time because I don't know if my waters will go by themselves or if they will have to do it in hospital again lol! Xx

@em93bbourn yep it was so surreal 🙈😂 even the midwife that helped me deliver was like, that's your waters gone lol 😂 with my eldest they broke my waters as they was putting a clip on his head to monitor his heart rate but it was only a little trickle so I didnt really feel anything. X
