An update from my last post about the spotting I had (it finally stopped yesterday). I talked to a doctor online, (mainly cause I was nervous about asking my OB since my experience with them and my HG experience wasn't good so I may look into another doctor) but that's another rant for another time. Anyway I Googled talking to a doctor online free (or something like that) and found first opinion, so I talked to him and told him my symptoms and he had asked me some questions about my cycle, if I ever took birth control (nope not that one don't take it) and he told me that I could be experiencing these things
1. Ovulation spotting (possible)
2. Implant bleeding (no idea I did take a test in Aug but I thought it came up negative and the doc said that it was unlikely pregnancy)
3. Spotting before a period (definitely wasn't that one just had it)
4. An injury in the vag area (nope)
5. Bumps and boils (nope)
6. Birth control (I already mentioned that I don't)
7. Hormonal imbalance
8. Change in weight (I am trying to lose weight but it's gradual)
9. Strenuous activities (not really)
So now once he got the whole story he figured out that it could be a hormonal problem, and to fix it before going to my OB was eating healthy, drinking water, exercise, a good night's sleep etc. If it does get worse then go to the doctor and get some tests done (blood, hormone and physical). The most common signs can be spotting, mild cramps, sore breasts, abdomen bloating, constipation, mood swings, irritability, irregular cycles, etc., that may vary between women. Which for me I've been experiencing most of these bloating I think has gone down a little bit, cramps come and go, I've been moody and irritable, I've been pretty regular til this past cycle. Which made him even more sure that it could be hormonal and if I'm still concerned about this to get the tests done.
Sorry for the long post, thanks for listening!
