I need to vent!!!
My dad and his girlfriend rented a beach house last week and weekend for the holiday. They invited my sisters and their kids, but did not invite me and my family. I found out through Facebook that they all went. The whole reason I am upset is that they didn't even bother to invite us. Not once did it come up with all the times that I have talked to my dad. My husband told me I am being to sensitive about the situation, but I feel that I have every right to be upset.

Have you said anything to anyone? I would tell them all especially the one who planned it that it hurt your feelings you didn’t get an invite even if it was a courtesy invite. And no one even mentioning like it’s a big secret and finding out through Fb is pretty shitty. Not being too sensitive!
@noenahiza we aren't on bad terms. The only thing that can think of is that I have a 1 month old, maybe that's why we weren't invited. That still isn't a reason not to at least invite us.
I would be upset, even if you didnt go at less a invite would be good! Is your father and you in bad terms? Any idea why he didnt invite you guys ?
@masseymomma16 I plan on talking to my dad about it. I really shouldn't be surprised because this isn't the first time that this type of thing has happened.
