Doctors on Thursday for Madison's injections 😣 I've almost cried just thinking about it so god knows how I'm going to cope. I'm hoping she's big and strong and doesn't cry coz it'll break my heart 💔 also going to ask about her belly button whilst I'm there because it seems to really pop out. Her Nana and Aunty have both mentioned it to me as if it's not normal 🤔 but I never thought much of it. We'll see x

I'm sure she will be fine ! They usually cry for a second it's more of the shock of what's just happened ! And maybe she has a small umbilical hernia that makes the belly button stick out not usually a problem x

Everything will be okay! Injection days are tough.
My son had a puffy belly button as well! His went away by around 2 or 3 months. 💛

@jodiedillon3 could be. The Nana has had several kids, multiple grandkids and has never seen a belly button like it. I think it will flatten out as she grows but I'll ask about it just incase.
The thought of her crying over it is scaring me 💔 My bf doesn't want to be in the room n I couldn't let her do it on her own. X

@clarelushx oh really 🤔 does it just stick out a little ? And yeah best to get it checked and aww honestly she will be fine remember to take her bottle or if you breast feed to feed straight after and she will settle straight a away you will be surprised how soon they settle 😊 I have got the 1 year injections on Friday I'm dreading that cuz he knows what going on now 😑 x

@nikkistix I thought the belly button would be fine but with a few people mentioning it to me its made me question it. Good to know she's not the only one! x

@jodiedillon3 here it is. What you reckon? I personally think it's okay but a few people think it's different. I'll defo be taking a warm bottle with me for her. They're not the nicest things in the world aren't these injections but gotta prefer a that over baby getting whooping cough or whatever else x

I think that defiantly looks like a umbilical hernia dies it stick out more and move when she crys? And is it soft ? And that's it it's so much better to be safe and know are babies can't get anything nasty xx

@jodiedillon3 it can go inwards when she's bending and it can be both hard and soft. I don't think it's a worry though. It doesn't hurt her or anything xx

@clarelushx yeah sounds like a hernia to me and it will be fine she might need it fixing tho at some point but she will be fine 😊 xx
