I think PPD is starting to take over, as much as I hate to admit it. My mom left back to CO Springs yesterday and it always really hits me hard but I find myself crying over everything the last couple of days and just wanting to sleep all day. Called my OB and made an appointment to just talk about everything and maybe get back on some type of depression med.

It's such a hard thing to deal with. I'm here if you need to talk. I've had pp anxiety with both of mine. Hang in there

@mct omg the anxiety is a big factor of it too! In my opinion that's even worse than the actual depression. I live in basically fear when I have that. I had it SO bad with my first daughter. Thank you!!

@ajowens1547 I know what you mean. It can run your life. Such a hard thing and impossible to explain to others who haven't had it.
