Woke up with the worst neck pain. Now I’ve got shooting pains going down my tingling arm as I’m just sitting here. Ugh. Today is going to suck.

@ladyblauvelt, that’s when mine started but it wasn’t this bad yesterday.

@mom13, I’ve tried stretching and it only made it worse but I’ve yet to try a heating pad- so thank you. I’ll try that. 🙂

Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your neck have you tried a heating pad and streching your neck some?

@nouveaububs only do it for like 10 or so mins at a time with a 20 min off period thats what i was told when i injured ny neck
