Im 36wks and 2days i been constipated For a wk now dose anyone know what can help me ?it becoming very difficult
Greens! Spinach smoothie with fruit and almond milk. Swiss chard sautéed with butter or collard greens. Load up on leafy greens raw or cooked.
Prunes!!! 3-4 a day! I personally love them so its like a treat/candy to me. :)
Lots of water, probiotic, magnesium, squatty potty daily. Dates are also great! You could also try prune juice for a quicker result.
I mixed Miralax (recommended dose) with apple juice, two doses and days later, I was good to go. I had to use it on too other occasions, but aside from that I have been fine. It was gentle and didn’t cause diarrhea or anything uncomfortable. Just drink a lot of water with it.
I have to take iron 3 times a day... so to combat the constipation I have oatmeal every day for breakfast and through out the day I snack on pear, dried apricots and dates. No problems so far. Smooth sailing. Literally. 😂😂😂
