This is the 2nd hr and I’m still having these sharp pains through my stomach pelvic and butt . There coming back to back not like I can’t catch a break . It hurts soooo bad it’s been 2 hrs now what can I do to make them stop

I’ve never experienced all I know is I feel like I’m getting stabbed back to back it’s like every 1 min just all through my lower stomach pelvic and butt . Baby is moving around .
