I am in the same boat as you my body like to start labor for me at 36 weeks so i am just getting everything ready as if i will have baby at 36 weeks and hope i can go longer.

Could be? I had my first at 37+1, my second at 39+3 and my 3rd at 39+1

Yes it is possible but you could go longer you just never know
