Ok I'm getting really confused. I've had this spotting/possible period like thing for almost a week and I have no idea…

It’s likely a light period I’m not sure it’s something you’d need to see a doctor over unless it becomes a regular thing. Cycles change mine aren’t as heavy as they were when I was younger 🤷‍♀️ Good luck 🤞🏻

@armywife72515, I wouldn’t consider a light period something to make a doctors appointment over it’s very normal for cycles to be light or heavy and in variation.

@beakymcspence I already had my period that's the thing. That happened Aug 21st-23rd

@armywife72515, Intermenstrual bleeding is an ovulatory pattern with mid-cycle spotting. At ovulation, estrogen levels dip temporarily, which is often enough to cause some spotting. Spotting isn’t always a bad thing or something to be worried about.
