I'm deciding between weight watchers or keto..but I love pasta😭..and sugar in my coffee..ik there's alt.to everything but Idk if I'll be able to switch..so I'm thinking weight watchers is better..

@walking_mombie I love pasta ans sugar too but I'm going to try keto for one solid month and see if it really does help. I am just trying to find someone who does it that can help guide me lol.
