If you have BCBS for insurance they have a program that’s free called future moms and certified nurses/midwives answer any questions you have. Also, you get a free Mayo Clinic pregnancy guide that talks about everything you would need to know.

@skyee.niicole4, Not a problem! The breastfeeding class was very helpful, my husband came which helped too! I took a labor and delivery class too but it just skimmed over a lot of information. I needed to take a Lamaze course. I’ll be doing that this time around!

There are courses for these things ? Lol I just talked to people with experience. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Talk to an L&D nurse.
