@zyandnyeimommy, don’t panic mama. Basically the red is how long the contractions were going on for and the time with the grey is the time between contractions.

@efesmama, so what’s the 6:21 and stuff stand for?

@zyandnyeimommy, as an example the first photo has 2.46pm which means the contraction started at 2.46pm, it lasted for 21 seconds. Right below that is 04:33 which means the last contraction before this one was 4 minutes and 33 seconds before the one at 2.46pm so the two contractions are 4mins33secs apart
