Ladies, I’ve had contractions for the last 3 or so hours. My contractions are between 5 and 11 minutes apart (meaning I’ll get 4 straight contractions 8 minutes apart then the 5th will be 10 minutes). They feel like period pain cramps (no tightness of the abdomen which is what I’m used to).
Am I in labor or is this B-H?

@taylorsmommy1017, thank you! So I went to the hospital, the nurse said I’m not even 1cm 😖it’s been 6 hours and I still get contractions every couple of minutes but I guess my body is getting used to them. They aren’t increasing in intensity, also the time between is still not consistent 😔
