I am not a great pumping breast mommy cause it take seriously too long and I feel like I have nothing. Spent 1 hour hand pumping and got 1 oz.... I just got my depo two days ago. Could my birth control have an effect? Also I was scheduled for my depo on the 24th I had sex on the 12 should I take a test? The office didn’t... this milk decrease has me stressed I was to go back to working but I’m not good at this pumping thing... advice?

My sis lost her milk supply when she got back on BC. And yes always test if you think you might be preggo! :)

@fakoffyeh, it’s like my breast know it’s not the real thing!! I’m considering lavation support options on a budget.

@mama.ally2009, definitely try the lactation support - I had some success with fenugreek and mothers milk tea (you can get it pretty much everywhere now).
