It looks like a few broken blood vessels to me either from the baby (Idk if that’s possible) or if you were scratching in your sleep.. that’s what I would think anyway

That actually makes more sense lol now that I think about it it could be because of the baby pushing really hard.

I've woke up with something similar to that I think maybe an itch during the night lol idk I've asked and was told it was stretch marks but mine goes away
