It's possible, just takes longer.

Yes. Theres great videos for hand expression on youtube. It also tends to work better and get the fatty milk out since your hands are pressing the ducts

I’ve tried a hand pump and did better with hand expression (since it was a hassle to pump at work) after watching a YouTube video on it. It worked better for me than pumping after a while.

Yes definitely. I do it all the time. It’s good for occasional expression but if you need a lot then you should get a pump. Even a manual pump works good and you can get one for like $30
