Anyone know if vitamin c would be okay to take? My ex sister in law said that’s what she started taking when she started to get a stuffy nose and it cleared up after a couple days of taking it.
I was wanting to try it but didn’t know if it’d be okay.

My doctor said it's safe to take, but a call to the nurses station wouldn't hurt

Check your prenatal. Mine already has vitamin c in it. You could just ingest it naturally like from orange juice.
