So my daughter goes her dads house every other weekend so his mother picks her up . So I’m trying to be the good parent and person but he acts like he wants to be in her life but really the mother takes care of her. Honestly I don’t want her over there no more but then again my daughter asks for them all the time plus he is very disrespectful to me . What do I do? She doesn’t deserve this at all
Be happy that his side of the family is even involving their self into her life. He will either come around or he won’t and that will be his lost. You shouldn’t punish grandparents for it. If there isn’t anything wrong with her going over there then enjoy your break and let her enjoy her family.
@davissasha67 he should be greatful not talking to u crazy because other moms would take him to court for child support and custody because a unstable father the mother always wins and if u dont want her to go over there the judge would grant that

The problem that I have is he wants to act like a father and he tries me and questioning my parent hood and he doesn’t even try to take care of her . I’m sorry but who goes a week without asking for their kid and why do they think that it’s okay.. I’m sorry but that’s not okay with me especially if my daughter is asking where is daddy and she doesn’t want to speak with her . Plus it’s not the grandparents job to take care of my child . He sigh the birth certificate so he either steps up to be a dad or sign the rights away
