Water , I always gave my son a couple ounces of water every other bottle

My baby had it and was really fussy

@monavidaa I did not know this!! My grandmother is this old school Ukrainian polish lady and she always used gauze to swipe inside my mouth near the back of my throat to wipe away buildup when I was sick. I've never heard of wiping the baby's gums and tongue after formula 😳

Wipe with a wet cloth, gums and tongue. You don’t need to use anything but water and it’s just a wipe not a scrub.

Like @ajowens1547 said- if it is more than a milk color, it could be thrush.

I've never heard of this. I wouldn't go putting anythin in a babies mouth other than boob or bottle

If it doesn't come off it could be thrush, call your pediatrician

Clean his tongue? Why would you do that
