Nose bleed is generally caused by a broken blood vessel in the nose or sinuses. Bleeding from the nose especially when blowing it is very common, blowing your nose too frequently or too hard.

Inflammation or mucosal irritation caused by allergies or infection.

Dry nose cavities.

It probably a combination of blowing your nose a lot and irritating it and being pregnant. The extra blood while pregnant causes nose bleeds with some people. I could just be sitting watching TV and get a nose bleed while pregnant.

I get more bloody noses during pregnancy but I got my fair share before. It is common in pregnancy though.
