I want to get my hair bright red this time i used hi color magenta last time and it didn’t come out…

My hair is red!! I recommend Goldwell. They have the best reds!!!

You have to get hi lift since u have dark hair or bleach it but hi lift is better

@mrs.chaviz I've been using Goldwell reds for the last 10 years. I will never use another color line. It always turns out great and it feels like it lasts forever. I swear it takes weeks to even start to fade.

@preciouslove it doesn't specifically say it's for dark hair. My hair just soaks it up. When I first started using it, I used a 5RR and 6RR. Sometimes I'd mix it with a 6VR. It came out more of a dark cherry color but the more I layered over it, it came out brighter and brighter. I use goldwell Ellumen now. It's a little pricier but it has no chemical in it. It has an extra step that locks the color and it absolutely does not fade. I'll see if I can find the before and after pic when I first did it. I went back to brown when I was pregnant and recently colored over it again with the red I have now.
