Lol. It’s actually a really awesome experience. I did the same thing and freaked myself out (even though I had seen three live births before). It looks scarier watching it but when you’re in the thick of it, it’s pretty awesome.
Don’t be! I was so nervous and scared the first time I gave birth everyone is different ! You will do fine just don’t panic in labor makes it a lot worse along with the pain.
I think we've ALL done that and freaked ourselves out, with the first babe for sure! I PROMISE once you're there and actually going through it yourself, it's not gonna be a QUARTER as bad as you've built it up to be in your head. Once they give you that baby boy, you won't give a DAMN about what just transpired prior to that or what you just went through. No worries mama, you were built to do this! You got it, no biggie!!
Its awesome! And Tahlequah City is great! I loved my birth experience. All the nurses are so supportive and understanding. You got this! I loved baby day it was so incredible and exciting.
@majorreign how long did they keep you after, and what tests do they do afterwards. And since I'm going to be delivering at the same hospital, what should I pack for a hospital bag, that do they provide for you?
They provide all shower items for you and baby. Food for mom. Diapers and wipes for your stay. They give a care package at discharge with diapers and wipes hats and a onsie. They provide swaddling blankets. You will be kept for 36-48 hrs from time baby is born. And they did a hearing test on baby and thats all. You will stay in the same room you deliver in they just slide the pictures on the wall up and the medical equipment is under it. I had my first at Hastings and my second at Tahlequah City bc Hastings was no. Lol

Yeah I saw a birth too before having my second because I wanted to try vbac, they didn’t let me try but that video really frightened me lol
