Anybody else pregnant with a boy and his kidneys were/are dilated?

My son was ! But it went away before he was born.

@christina946, I have to go to a urologist. I was hoping it would be going away.. how many weeks before he was born did it go away??

My sons was enlarged all the way through when they did the ultrasound a couple days after he was born it was gone I had him at 36+4
