:: 12 weeks along! We take announcement pictures tomorrow AND our gender reveal pictures tomorrow. We won’t know what we’re having until 9/29 and our friend/photographer will be out of town that weekend. So we’re taking them ahead of time. 😊 So excited to finally announce and not having to watch what I say!

We’re #TeamBlue 💙 but I’m 99% sure I am pregnant with a girl. 🤣 I’m getting used to the idea. I think it would be okay.

@anewthing2018, thank you! We can’t wait to put a name (and a pronoun) to our baby! I strongly dislike referring to our baby as “it” and rarely do so. I’ve just settled on referring to her as “her,” because I’m that convinced we’re having a girl. 🤣
I honestly hope I’m able to handle it. I’m worried that I’ll experience some gender disappointment when we find out we’re having a girl. I grew up with all brothers, mostly male friends, and not much of a mother figure. My dad was a hardass. So, I just have no clue how to be a mom to a girl. With our son it was natural for me. I feel like I won’t even know what to do once we get past the toddler years. 😂
But I strongly believe God gives us what we need. And if He thinks I need a girl, then I know He’ll give me the tools I need to raise her.
