Ok so i feel stupid posting this but i need help...
I’m 33 weeks pregnant and all day yesterday i was super nauseous and could barely hold down anything. Now today I’ve had diarrhea twice along with slight nausea and sharp pinching pain on the top of my belly near my ribs. Baby is still kicking and moving around like normal. I have an appointment with my OB tomorrow morning. Anyone else have anything like this before? Should i go get checked? Should i wait it out until i go to the doctors?

I would call and just tell your ob how you feel those symptoms could be a sign that labor is coming when the body try’s to clean its self out . But if you are not having any contractions or anything better safe to call is my feelings

Just got over a bug myself with that exact same thing! I also had a high fever with mine!!make sure your drinking plenty of fluids

If you’re not having contractions, I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s probably just the bug that’s going around or something that just isn’t sitting well with you. I would call to tell them your symptoms and make sure they don’t want you to reschedule if you are sick so you don’t spread anything around.

@sara_elizabeth2014, I would just keep an eye on it. If for some reason it gets to be consistent or stronger, I’d call.
