Don’t think these hormones actually hit me until tonight.

My best friend from high school got married today and had the sweetest mother daughter dance ever, so I was tearing up. I was holding my daughter and she put her arm around my neck and said “mama sad. Mama cry.” And gave me a big smooch on my cheek, so obviously I lost it.

THEN after getting home, she told me she had to go potty so we went and when I took her diaper off it was dry (for 3 hours!) she sat down and went potty right away. Things are happening so fast in life right now. Everything is good. I haven’t been this happy in a long time.
