Hey moms, are any of your kids bilingual? Did it cause them to start speaking late? Do you only speak one or both languages at home?

@gabby.pineda, @gecko_mom, @renata.shumelda, I’ve been speaking both Spanish and English to my son and I feel like it’s delaying him.
My daughter has 3 languages spoken to her. She has a lot of words considering her age
My son has three different languages spoken to him and he still isn’t really doing many words right now. He has like.. two or three outside of mama and dada. I am pretty sure it is due to the multiple languages but he is still young so not sure how it will play out.
Both my kids are bilingual. My oldest started speaking late and my youngest says words but in English and Spanish. Still waiting on him to form sentences. I speak in English to my kids and husband speaks Spanish.
My husband is Portuguese so he speaks Portuguese to him I speak English to him
