Did you take an epsom salt bath? If not, pick some up and put 2 cups in as warm of a bath as you feel is safe. Then soak and relax. I’m sure you already upped your water and added bananas to your diet?
I second the magnesium. I was having severe cramps that had me crying as well and made it difficult to walk. I started magnesium recently and they have pretty much gone away and if I do by chance have one, it's much more bearable.
So sorry to hear that!! Have you tried eating bananas and drinking more water? Or looking it up on youtubthe to see if anyone on there has had similar issues and resolved it? That’s usually my go to
