Being pregnant all I could think about is giving birth and now that I gave birth all i can think about is loosing weight but one thing I totally forgot was how painful the after effect of birth is especially when pushing out a big baby hemeroid s!!!!!! The pain is real ....yes went to the doctor and the med didnt help at all !!!!!

Epsom salt baths twice a week, tucks pads after every bowel movement and hemorrhoid cream up to 4 times a day or when needed especially before bed. That will help the pain and discomfort greatly but I can't promise it'll make them go away
