Yeah definitely don’t wait a few days! Whenever you notice she’s not moving you should drink a glass of cold sweet juice, lay on your left side and count kicks. If you don’t get 6 kicks (I think that’s the number) in one hour then call your OB or midwife and go in

@mommytok does the kick count actually count if you are forcing baby to make movements? I've been unsure about that. She does move everyday it's just not very much every so often.

@alice-quinnsmommy, yes it counts. A cold drink, especially something sugary WILL make baby wake up and move. I’m a nurse. Please do it and if you’re not getting any kicks plllllease go in. All they have to do is throw a monitor on you to track heart rate for a little bit to make sure everything’s okay. Don’t want to scare you, but it’s important to take it seriously and not wait a few days for her to get active again.

@adri8192 Thank you, momma. I got the movements. I think I was just being too paranoid because a little while later she was doing fine, being very active and very forceful, like she was trying to leap out lol.
