Been since Friday trying to get my daughters medicine, the pharmacy kept saying she had another insurance listed other than her medical card.
Well I called the DHHR office and come to find out her dad put her on his insurance and I didn’t even know.
He hasn’t seen her other than at court and in Walmart twice and each time he never acknowledged her.
He refuses to be in her life and he refuses to talk to me. Now I don’t know what to do. 🤬🤬🤬

@jack.ass, because I don’t have a card for it or anything. I didn’t even know she had it until today. And apparently she’s been on his insurance for a while now.

@brittanystewart304, they should be able to look it up with her social. Do they have his number to call him and get info? In order for him to add her, he needed her ssn and proof of birth.

And if you have custody- you can send the insurance co your agreement and they can send you a card. Was he court ordered to add her?

@jack.ass, on the phone with the insurance company now. They said that everything listed for me is completely different than my address and that everything has been going to that listed address. He has my address and everything. It hasn’t changed since we were together.

@jack.ass, the judge told him that anything her insurance didn’t pay he had to pay but nothing was said about her being added if her ever got insurance.
