Just back from physio app, can't really do much. I can't even have a support belt due to past mc's... so looks like I am going to have to grin and bear it over next 15 weeks 😣

@7littlegems funnily enough physio said that there has been some research and acupuncture Can help. Just need to see if there is anywhere affordable round about my area. Xx

@7littlegems physio yesterday said due to cuts in our area it would have to be funded by our self. She wished it was given out as she swears by it. I have to wait 3-4 weeks b4 I can make an app for a 1-1 with physio as they only do a group app for 1st app. It's shocking! X

@7littlegems that's how I felt after appointment. Our government sucks 👊
Hopefully acupuncture isn't to expensive here and I can give it a try... that's my mission this Morning, to see if I can find somewhere. Xx
