That shit is so annoying I be ready to snap and I tell them if it was their kids they wouldn't take so damn long

@tjames2018, I was trying to get an appointment for mauriz to be seen so I can get him referrals for speech and OT... they got him in today but gosh I wish they would do their jobs when it comes to making the appointments!
