So every week I have to have a shot called the makena shot, well where I got last weeks shot is swollen and has heat coming from it, this has never happened before.. Anyone ever experience this, if so how can I make it go down cause it seems like it may a bit bigger than it was yesterday and rubbing it isn’t helping any?

It shouldn’t be hot or swollen that much later. Perhaps you got an infection somehow. I’d call your doctor. I never had an experience like that with it.

@jack.ass, called and they said to put a warm compress on it, if it isn’t down by Thursday they will give me something for it
