was wondering if sleeping on my stomach can hurt him?? ive been doing it all this time and nothing has happen ... im so used to falling asleep that way 🤔🤔🤔

I always sleep on my stomach even during pregnancy. I was told by my doctor that I could sleep however I wanted as long as I was comfortable and not in pain.
Sleeping on my back when pregnant would just put a lot of strain on pelvis

I sleep on my back stomach and sides but i wake up super sore wen I lay on my sides so I try not to
@jordanrwilliams25 i lay on my back sometimes to ... i know if you get on all fours let her readjust herself inside ..maby that will help you feel more comfortable ...
@allielopez I know you're not supposed to lay on your back because the baby can more easily affect your spine and lungs while breathing ... I alternate sides and sometimes I do lay on my back often because she kicks the hell out my sides I feel them more intensely

I was told when I was pregnant to stay away from laying on your back. Girl I slept on my belly at 41 weeks pregnant 😂
I THINK .. you're not supposed to in the last second trimester and third trimester .. mostly on the left side for best blood circulation .. don't quote me 😂 girl idk how you do it I can only lay that way on all 4's
@jleona im not sure myself ... i always thought itd hurt the baby ... guess it dont lol ... its comfy for me and i have one arm between my stomach and boobs kinda giving my stomach a little bit of a lift when i sleep so it makes it easier
