Omigosh one of the freakiest things happened at work today. I work in Iceland and 8pm tonight a guy who was looking a bit shady walked into the shop on the phone talking about how he is being followed and one of them had I knife. I realised he was on the phone to the police so as soon as I could get off the till I practically sprinted into the back to tell the duty manager the situation and hide because if people wanted to come in and get him there was nothing to stop them 😰 they came in the shop looking for him and the guy comes running into the back to hide from them. They leave after about 10 mins and then he leaves 10mins after that in a taxi and 10 mins after that the police arrive. If these men caught this guy he definitely would be dead by now!! 😶😶 I was so anxious I couldn’t wait to get home. I hope that doesn’t happen again 🤦🏾‍♀️😰
